The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada has done a fairly thorough analysis of the results of customer complaints. They don't paint a pretty picture of the big banks. Both of the agencies used by the banks were found wanting. The process is long and cumbersome and lacks objective criteria - and usually you lose.
