That pesky fourth wave is holding us back. Inflation is up but they are to scared to increase interest rates.

Interest rates are going nowhere till market forces their hand. They will change the goal post till they can't. The system is corrupt. Fat cat industries like residential real estate on this side of the border and wall street force them to keep rates low at everyone elses expense. Condos for example are at double the price they should be leading to the housing crisis.
