I agree, Loonie, I don't think the interest rate will stay 3% for as long as I'd hoped. Unless they want a max exodus they will have to come up with a way to secure all those deposits such as a GIC at a better rate than the usual suspects. ZAG's 2.5% 2 year GIC is available until June, so they better sharpen their pencil :)
