Does anybody have issue linking CIBC with EQ?
I was able to link few other FI but CIBC is a no go. I opened a ticket with EQ a month ago and still linking is not working. Getting message 'invalid credentials' even though there is no issue with my CIBC id/pass. Tried few different browsers, still not working.

for me, no issues at all. Took about a couple of minutes and all linked up properly.

Clearing out your cookies might help.

I am having this issue with RBC. I have tried clearing all my cookies, using Chrome, and have tried the Microsoft Browser to no avail.

I've tried a few times via the EQ Portal; my RBC credentials are accepted, as well as my security question response. Subsequent to the security question there is either a response that my RBC security passwords need to be updated, or that there is an error and RBC apologizes for the inconvenience. If I update the security questions I get the same thing.

It definitely seems like an issue on RBC's side, and I've tried a few weeks apart now so either it's something intrinsic to my RBC account or RBC just doesn't want me to access my money without undue hurdles.

I presume pursuing a ticket with RBC is the next course of action?

I was having the same issue linking to RBC over the weekend, but was finally able to link late last night. I used the Android mobile app on an older Android 8.1 tablet, so your mileage may vary. Previously it would see my RBC accounts but failed when I tried to link.

I chatted with an EQ rep on Sunday who said they were aware of the issue and were working to resolve it.

He suggested trying a different browser, clearing cache, cookies and browsing history, and also trying the mobile app. I tried all and nothing worked then. I tried Chrome and Firefox on Windows, and the Android app. I cleared cache and cookies in Chrome but not Firefox. Finally, it worked last night on Android.

Head over to the EQ USD Savings account forum to see my comments on their exchange rates.

Interesting; good to know. I tried the app to no avail on Apple. I suspect they [EQ] won't resolve this issue imminently - anticipate at least the order of months. Worst case, I guess I can call RBC to process a transfer?
