I'm signed up for EQ Bank Rate Alerts. But I've yet to receive one in either my Inbox or Spam folders.

Does anyone get these?

I don't remember if I signed for rate alerts, but I do receive emails about rate changes. The last one was on May 11th:

But nothing on GIC Rate changes? I believe they increased GIC Rates twice since then (May 11) ...

      I talked to them a few minutes ago. The initial answer was that we should be getting alerts. She suggested I turn off the alert and then reset it. I said I had done that to no avail. I was put on hold for 1 minute and then she came back and said they only email alerts on savings accounts changes, not GIC's.

      I suggested they add GIC's to their alerts.

      Perhaps maybe possibly when they start offering joint GIC's ???

      At lease now we know why we're not getting GIC rate change Notices
      from EQ ... they don't exist ❗
