On the matter of credit cards, I'm reading that some EQ customers are getting invitations, and bonus Optimum points, to apply for a PC Optimum Mastercard. I haven't received such an invitation but already have the card so would guess they have identified the overlaps/redundancies. I expected to see a yellow, EQ Mastercard replace the PC branding. Maybe still to come. A bit early to tell but the PCF kiosk at my local Loblaws remains red and unstaffed as it has been for most of this year.

I've got that offer. I have EQ account, PC Optimum points card but no PC Optimum credit card.

Short summary of offer: apply for PC Optimum no fee credit card, spend $150 in participating stores in first 60 days after approval, get $150 in PC Optimum points (150,000 points).
