1Yr: 5.00% (No Change)

2Yr: 5.00% -> 4.85%
3Yr: 4.85% -> 4.55%
4Yr: 4.65% -> 4.40%
5Yr: 4.50% -> 4.30%

a little topic off topic but I also notice CIBC IE third party GIC rates has been lowering the past 2 weeks, and that includes the 1year.
They were quite competitive up until Tiff hiked and modified his comments re future rate direction

It is the same trend across the discount brokerages. They will all be pretty close, if not identical, because it is the issuers such as Home Trust, that set the rate, not the discount brokerages.
