I just made 3 successful online transfers into DUCA from external account, initiated at DUCA.
I then phoned DUCA, got through immediately, and had the rep transfer the money to Park account.
Logged in again and confirmed that the new money is in Park account at 1.5%.
The maximum transfer-in for one day is 100K.

I realize it's not working for everyone, and DUCA is aware of this and trying to fix it, but it's worth trying.  

Not too concerned - most of my funds are presently in other promos @2% ending Sept 3 and 1.5% ending end of Oct so if it DUCA happens fine and if not so be it.

By the way the maximum transfer in amt of 100K is more than a 24hour day. The rep explained the system is maintained/updated (I think she said in Alberta) so it is 25 or 26 hours before you can exceed the 100K per day due to the time zone difference.

They picked up immediately
Had them move the money I had transferred into checking account, into the 1.5% Earn More Park account
Inquired about M2M pull transfers-- they confirmed max 100K-- not daily, but 25 hours after earlier transfer
Also asked to confirm that I could transfer in any larger amount, if I pushed it from my external account
At first she said no, I could only bring in 100K-- but I asked her to double check,
She came back said I was right, I could push in larger amount from external
Hopefully they won't close down the promo for a little while yet

DUCA has been the most responsive of the institutions I have dealt with. How refreshing to have my call picked up immediately and not have to sit and listen to the same recording over and over.
The worst extreme is Questrade customer service: I had to wait 3-4 hours on hold one afternoon waiting for a CSR to take my call.

DUCA also has physical branches so you can actually walk in and see real humans. Some institutions are strictly virtual and you are at the mercy of the phone line and/or computer.

Unlike Simplii and Tangerine, DUCA doesn't play silly little games. Same with Manulife Bank and other classy institutions.  

DUCA: A few years ago, I was offered 5-yr GIC's with interest payable/compounded quarterly and GIC's redeemable quarterly. Once signed on, GIC's got labelled with interest payable/compounded annually and GIC's locked for 5-yrs.

Manulife: Classy? Hmm ...
