They sent out a email on Friday. Maybe check ur spam folder if you did not rec ?

Below is cut and paste from the email:

The dividends declared are as follows:

• Class B, Series 1 Shares: 3.53% (up from 3.00% in previous years)
• Class B, Series 4 Shares: 4.25%

Yup, no word on Class A shares though...

Thanks for the details.
Distribution for Class B shares should have occurred on or around March 1st.
Called DUCA about why no distribution occurred, and they mentioned it will be delayed until the 1st week of April.
No reason given about why there is a delay though.
