I like to know if anyone has similar experiences.
The Tang CC 2% cashback earned each month is posted as statement credit. I have no issues with Tang CC for many years until 2026. They just stopped posting cashback reward earned like they used to. The monthly statement still tells me how much I earned for the purchases but the cashback amount is just nowhere, including my savings account.
I reported this problem to the bank. They almost immediately gave me back the missing cashback as a one time credit to my savings account. But, the problem remains. That means I have to call them each month to actually get the cash back.

I am still getting my cashback applied to Savings automatically.
Open credit card page in your account, then open Rewards and Benefits.
There, it says for me: "Your Money-Back Rewards are currently redeeming to your Savings".

My TNG MC Rewards are consistently credited to one of my TNG Savings, the one I initially specified.
What's interesting is I don't see a way to change that to another TNG Savings or to a statement credit.

Keep in mind that your third money-back category requires your cash back reward deposited into a Tangerine savings account. If you switch to a statement credit, you will very likely revert back to two money-back categories.

I do understand that. I'd still like the ability to switch to a different savings account

Through online banking, the option to switch to a different savings account is available when you click on your credit card account and select "Rewards and Benefits" then "Change Categories". Your current category options are displayed. Keep them the same or make changes. Select Next. "Deposit To..." is listed at the bottom of the next page. Make your changes there.

Ah! Pretend to change categories, skip past and the the account. I just tried that in the android app. Error! I then went to Chrome on my desktop PC. Same Error!
