1yr cashable 3.0% after 29 days get full rate

GIC's

1yr@4.25%
2yr@4.4%
3yr@4.6%
4yr@4.8%
5yr@5.0%

Cibc variable cashable after 29d is 3.1% it adjusts up or down with their prime. Seems better choice over Flex cashable.
