I am in at 10:08 AM EST. Sounds like perhaps you hit a scam site or it was down and just came up. You might want to change your password.
Thanks for your concern. I tried it from mobile browser and logged in successfully. Desktop version still not working. I think its something wrong in my desktop Chrome browser settings

I disabled my VPN and still couldn't log in. It might be some security software on my work laptop blocking it however im able to log in to other banking sites
I would try some basic things .
1 . A cold reboot . (assuming you have not performed a true cold boot) This may sound like its a shot in the dark , I assure you this is the first thing anyone should do before going into the deep end of troubleshooting problems.
2. Are you using incognito mode? This may cause cookie blocking that could interfere with access . You can allow cookies for that specific access, if this is the case.
3 . Disable your security / firewall temporarily . Then attempt to use chrome
4 . Try another browser. Use MS Edge , its already installed and ready to go on a windows system. If not using windows , install a browser. I would go with Firefox.
5. Clear your browsing history. (note: you will lose preset data like login names / accounts and auto login into email like setups. you would just have to re input those fields . I personally do this often.
These steps should be able to isolate where the trouble is.
As for the system being your work laptop , its most likely locked down and you may not be able to accomplish all of the above.
