I don't really care about Cdn Tire GIC Rates but I noticed this morning that the GIC table updated on Sep 17 but Cdn Tire is stuck at Sep 16.

Then I looked at the Cdn Tire Rate history table (https://www.highinterestsaving.....e-history/) that the only rate that has changed in 9 months is the 5 yr rate and it seems to change very slightly every few days. What's that about?

CTire may only want 5 year money (steadiness) for their float to service their credit card business and adjust rates frequently to manage inflows/outflows.
