Achieva web access problems

The last few times I have tried to log into my Achieva account, my web browser shows a message that the log-in page cannot be accessed and "Secure Connection Failed". I asked Achieva about this, and they say that they no longer support even the latest Firefox browser!

I have a 8 year old iMac running 10.6.8, and I will not update to the newer OS versions simply because people relate so many problems with them, and my older hardware won't handle them well. This means I cannot update Safari to a version Achieva supports, thus I can no longer access my Achieva accounts through my desktop computer. Quite inconvenient! Achieva did suggest I use my iPad and their app to access, but that is not optimal.

Is anyone else having web access issues with Achieva using any versions of Firefox?

I have no troubles accessing Achieva with Firefox. Using Firefox 38ESR and usually whatever the latest version is across Linux, Windows, Mac.

I would try Google Chrome, they don't officially support 10.6 but that doesn't mean you can't use Chrome. Download it and give it a shot and see.

If that doesn't work, you can try using Opera browser, and mask it to think its a Windows machine, if that works better on their online system.
