    What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: They try to suck you in with misleading information.

    General comments: I staying with Implicity.

    What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Not much about this bank

    What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Customer service

    General comments: When I open an account with them, my fist deposit of 25 dollars got lost with them. the fist interest to be paid was not accurate. I had to contact them about it and they relied their mistake.

    Why do you bank with them?: Initial high rate promotion

    What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Nothing except the initial rate

    What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Everthing. Messed up my accounts type. Never got back to me after complaints about their mistakes. I had to doggedly pursue them to get corrections. Website non-sensical. Eg. You want a new gic in an account. It is not a new gic...it is a "new account".

    General comments: Customer service people nice enough but do not follow up. I would think the management and training are the problem. I will likely withdraw my funds when term is up.
