    How long have you banked with them?: I wanted to open new HISA with them and that has been an experience so far.

    Why do you bank with them?: For 3.3% rate

    What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Interest rate

    What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Customer service

    General comments: Their Customer service has got to be the most unprofessional team ever. they sound annoyed when you call them...why the heck people keep calling us give us a break... never got any bit of descent info from their completely useless customer service and the attitude is little too much for me besides if they hire completely unprofessional folks to deal with me I can imagine what else will they do with me or my money so despite good rate I plan to stay away from them as far as possible

    Why do you bank with them?: HIS only

    What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Great rates

    What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Allow Joint Accounts, rather than having two separate accounts. NO GICs. However this is all I need and want at this time. I don't incur bank fees so that's a moot point also

    General comments: Had no problem setting up, and a difficulty I had with linking was resolved very quickly by a very friendly & competent representative

    Why do you bank with them?: Interest rate and transferring my money around

    What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Interest rate and ability to transfer money around

    What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Everything. Their customer service is extremely poor. Sounds like they only care to do the bare minimum and stall as long as they can with their communication. Their online portal is slow at all times. Takes a long time to load anything.

    General comments: I mostly came here to write a review because they basically scammed me. I did a transfer of funds from my bank to their account. My bank records show I have more than enough to do the transfer, yet they returned the funds and fined me for insufficient amount. I was surprised. I had a couple hundred dollars more than the amount I was transferring and they still returned and fined me. I've been in contact with their customer support for over a month now and they refuse to take responsibility over it. With this bank, if you can avoid any contact with their customer support and wait for their online portal to load each page (it takes minutes to load every page, even if you accidentally click and go somewhere and try to go back, it will load the same page again and take time), than go for their interest rate. However their interest rate has changed and there are much better options than this bank. If I can, I would definitely not want to bank with them anymore
