OfflineI have 2 yet to expire cards one with zero balance and one with $25.
I have used the zero balance one on Public Mobile.
I want to put either one on Public Mobile and Lucky Mobile so when I close the accounts the prepaid card will remain. I will spend the $25 for gas somewhere.
Today I cannot use either card on either account.
I called Vanilla Visa and they suggest it should work and if not try to use elsewhere. Thus there horrible reviews.
Has any one had a similar issue and/or have solution?

OfflineWas this issued by MyPaymentVault? I had one prepaid card issued by this company - not sure if it is related to People's Trust or not - but was never able to use the funds, as my account is frozen. Called a few times and each time the CSR assured me that the funds will be released in 5 bussiness days ... except they never released a penny. Money down the drain. But hey, that is how we learn what FIs to avoid in the future.

No, is People's Trust. If I look it up it shows the correct amount. Peoples Trust poor reviews are mostly due to the Vanilla Visa crappy customer service and use of card. I'll hold it against Vanilla Visa but not Peoples Trust Banking.
Will use for my next gas purchase.
Both Public Mobile and Lucky Mobile won't allow their use.
Was going to cancel both accounts and wanted to leave a less vulnerable card on the account when they close them.
Lucky....I was able to remove the card altogether. Public Mobile can only replace with another Credit Card.
Lucky, although is Bell, is far better customer service wise than is Public Mobile.
