Thanks for all the input but too much info for my feeble brain.

I decided not to touch anything or Bell will blame me for the SNAFU. Bell said they would send a techie to my home on Friday but no show.

Thank goodness my Bell Internet still works or I would be completely cut off from the civilized world.
