OfflineWealthsimple has had this in place for US markets since May, but I do not find much advantage in it. Unless you are trading the super trendy stocks, the bid-ask spreads are way wider than they are during market hours. I would prefer a bit longer trading day (for those of us on Pacific time, the markets close at 1pm) but around the clock seems excessive.

OfflineIt would be 'over the top' for buy and hold investors but for frequent traders, who knows. It would be an easy way to get over-obsessed with market both in time and speculation. IOW, it could be hazardous to one's health.
While I can see where it could be of some use to us in Pacific time, I would not be inclined to participate. At my age, I am making only a few trades per year.
