Equitable Bank has inadvertently claimed to be Canada's "largest bank by assets." That distinction has been held by Royal Bank of Canada and, to my knowledge, they've never surrendered that distinction to any other bank.

I suspect they meant to say Canada's 7th largest bank by assets. An important, and glaring, omission. 🙂

Don't be too critical on the Wyth team given what's ahead of them. Not sure you click into "Reading the news release". It did said 7th. The email they sent me also said 7th.

... have you bring the matter to them and give them a chance to fix ?
