Per https://www.highinterestsavings.ca/profile/concentra-bank/gic-rate-history/, the effective date is showing today's date, but the rates were changed yesterday or, possibly, as early as May 12, 2020, if no one noticed before yesterday. Consistent with past and current practices of publishing accurate information, this date should be corrected.
