I’ve been with them for a while now and honestly, I’ve had no issues banking with them. ..... Their customer service has been a breeze to deal with so far, and for sure the good rates. I appreciate when things just work without any fuss, and so far Wealthone has given me that.
My experience with Wealth One has been similar to yours, and I've had an account there since its inception.
Their online interface for account summaries could use some streamlining, but as there is no heaven on earth, sometimes we need to adapt to the idiosyncrasies of a particular FI.
As with all second tier FI's remaining within CDIC, FSRA etc limits is always advisable.

OfflineI opened a HISA account at WealthOne,but every time I try to login, their site is not available. Tried to call, left a message, but no one is calling me back. Money from my bank were transferred to WealthOne bank, but I cannot access the account for a few days already.
Anyone has the same experience?

I have had no issues logging in & have logged in every day for the last week (including today) or so because I am hoping/expecting a transaction from another FI to be completed.

Yes, use a VPN. There are apps you can download that will make it appear to their banking site that you are in Canada. IP blocking is not unheard of, LBC Digital and B2B ( Laurentian Bank ) were one of the culprits.

OfflineIt looks like local network is blocking everything, including NordVpn. Will have to adjust firewall settings. I disconnected my phone from the local network, and had no problem connecting to the app.
I have another question - how do I buy GIC - I already have HISA account.
Could not figure it out on the app.

I've not tried on an App before but you can do it from a laptop using a browser, just need to log into your account and go to Account Services. Just opened a 5 year GIC as their new rate today is 3.8, quite good for me.

Wealthsimple does everything you are asking for and would be (and is) my choice.
