Er... exactly what issues are you referring to? And yes, I did side-scroll to read all the panes of the graphic.

The problem is that my phone doesn't go further than that ugly, white-background "Loading" screen as seen in the last photo

piggybank: Understood. Oddly, the graphic you uploaded (unless it's linked) is functional to a level rarely seen in posted graphics.

Piggybank: I no longer use Wealth One, and do not use a smartphone either. I was just looking at the graphic you posted and couldn't see the problem.

I'm hoping to become a new member with wealth one because they have one of the highest interest rates for savings account these days, at least outside of Ontario and Quebec. Can I ask you where are you park your money?

piggybank: I use several places, but am not comfortable revealing them all because so many banks try so hard to find out who I do business with. My criteria for selection are not those of many others, though; I won't use on-line banking at all. I insist on monthly statements and strongly favour those not charging for TFSA withdrawal. Telephone response must be good, too, and having at least one retail branch in the Vancouver area matters.
My posts on this forum have identified some of the repositories, though they change over time.
