That's what I concluded, I don't see how it could be read any other way. Let's say they lose all traces of your money with them. IMO, its likely you would get this very same response to that!

By so thoroughly ignoring a problem and doing nothing but spouting some phony sounding script, there is no way I would ever deal with them.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be. Also, my memory's not as

Still no March e-statement available, emailed them and they said it comes out on the 15th - ?! Never waited that long before, used to be about a week.
