GIC-Fanatic: Thanks. I see that on their web site now. Non-redeemable, though, so not attractive for me. I've only a bit free until mid-August, so I'll keep my 4% "JumpStart" till month-end.

The 15-month term is convenient for those seeking to move some registered cash to mature near year-end, in October.

BUT: they have a 4% US Dollar new money offer, too! 364 days AND redeemable! I'll go talk to them about that.
