"approvals given out to students and homemakers with no income."

Question: Is "homemakers" a typo? Did you actually mean "homeless"?

No, you now have me pondering whether a homeless person could get approved for a credit card without a fixed address. It doesn't imply a person is not gainfully employed, or has a blemished credit report.

The Tangerine cafe could be used as the fixed address and a no verification requirement approval could be implemented. But, of course, the random selection process would oversee all this.

I would say no. No fixed address to mail the card and the PIN to.

Card issuer would be suspicious if the mailing address is General Delivery at some post office.

In many areas, local social service agencies provide addresses for homeless persons so that they are able to come closer to having normal lives and to reduce discrimination.

And we still remember how ING long trumpeted its fairness in treating all clients the same...

With ING from the first days to a few years ago when their increasing gaming chased me away. 24.7 phone service was my jam!

Is there a limit on how much one can put into this Hubert special 1 yr GIC? Also are there transfer in/out limits per day, week or month? DUCA is terrible with their limits.
