My promotional rate is not presently being displayed on my account details page. It still shows under "Bonuses & Contests" under "Profile and Settings". Although, this no longer displays the interest rate like it did for decades and decades (IT progress is a godsend).
Is anyone else experiencing this hiccup?

The promo you were on could have ended at the end of August.
Check the dates in the listing of the promo under "Bonuses & Contests".

I was offered 3.75% back on Sept. 4th for up to November 30. I think they were upset I transferred out a chunk of money out the previous day!

In a piece of poetic justice, after I have emptied my funds from Tangerine, the promotional offer has reappeared on my desktop computer. I would speculate that this was a Tangerine IT issue. I do not have enough technical knowledge to know if it could be related to a browser update or operating software update on my desktop computer. It was absent for an extended period of time, much like my cash will be from Tangerine.

Got an email today from Tangerine (never got an offer by email from them before) saying they've extended my 3.75% offer (it's actually 3.65%) two more months, to Nov 30, nothing I have to do.
Signed in to my Tangerine account and the mail there, dated today, said my existing offer has 5 more days and then it's back to posted rates, no reference to any extension of promo.
So who knows?

Thanks, I did, I just figured it out.
We are both on a promo rate, the email came to my email so I assumed it was for me, it mentioned no name, but it's also the email address my wife has on her Tangerine profile. Turns out, based on Account Details, she got the 3.75% extension, it was not for me, my 3.65% expires Sept 30.
Lesson: always check Account Details, otherwise I would have moved Tangerine money from and to the wrong accounts, to mine instead of hers.
