I called them yesterday. They just asked for my FULL name, that's all. No other verification questions.
But I had logged into the IVR- Phone system by entering my Client ID and password, which are the same as my Online login ID & password.
I guess they just assumed it's me! Because I logged in the Phone with my Client ID and password. Only full name was asked by the agent.
Yes, only your name is needed, if you already used your phone password number. If they need to re-verify your identity, they just send you back to the phone verificiation system, whereby you re-enter your phone password as confirmation. That happens to me often, as one family member calls, does their business, and then hands me the phone to do my business. Once the phone is handed to me, Tang uses the re-verification system and I am set to conduct my business.
