Why do they even post it. When a large amount of people phone in and get 2.5% anyways. Or they wait until a promo and make a new deposit.

I dislike the games they play and the force of some customers to try and beg/threaten for a higher rate. I'm not interested in those games or there normal rate. They should treat their customers with respect offer a consistent fair rate for a online bank or offer something other banks don't do.
