I was calling to transfer all my money cause offer was ending on Dec 31st and was offer 3.8% for 3 months. Not great but not the worst either.

It’s always a gamble when calling in for an offer. Take the lower rate, or wait it out to see if you are targeted with a new offer early the following month, which is typically higher.

My last offer with Tangerine was 3.25% for five months i.e. 31Dec2024 to 31 May 2025. Still have the 6.25% with Simplii for a couple more weeks.

Approaching TFSA season which should breed some new high interest offers.

I checked Simplii, they still have a 4.6% offer but it is not offer in Quebec.
