Just found out that: "Free Access" does not apply to Scotiabank ABMs in Costa Rica, Haiti, Panama or Uruguay.

Yes, it used to include El Salvador and Peru, too, but those have since been added since Scotia fully bought out those subsidiaries. I suspect it has to do with subsidiaries in which Scotia only owns a partial majority or minority interest in a subsidiary. 🙂

Scotia's Caribbean island subsidiaries will soon drop from this list once the sales to domestic competitors are closed and disintegration in terms of banking platforms completed. sf-cool
