Hi,
I notice that Habib is not mentioned anywhere. In March of this year we were lucky enough to get 3.72% for a 5 year GIC. They are CDIC insured. Currently offering 2.3% on a 5 year GIC. There are several banks in the GTA. Do you want to include Habib? If you need to deposit a lot of money they are willing to offer premium percentages to you. The staff is very friendly. While we were there we were introduced to the Bank Vice President. This does not happen every day. My wife and I were very impressed.
