How would one transfer money into PC Financial Savings Account from another bank? And then from PCF back into other bank account. Are in and out external bank transfers possible to be done all from PCF site?

You'll need to "link" the PCF account to your other account. This usually involves sending in a cheque from your other account to your PCF account. Once your accounts are linked, you can make transfers between them, from the PCF interface, for free.
