Pretty good offer. Good to take it in mid to late June so the bonus interest ends right in time for the December manoeuvre.

However, I have used all my TFSA contribution room for the year, so I am legally required to pass on this offer.

I am now convinced this is a targeted promo from Simplii & not everybody is invited.

As for me, I've opened my 1st at Simplii, made a contribution, completed a direct transfer (under a looming postal strike) and already collected 1st month's promo interest 🙂

The exact same promo still under my offer tab, along with a very similar RRSP offer. Thought about doing the RRSP offer with this year's contribution, but after transfer process and fee, it really isn't worth the bit of extra interest in the end.
