Yes simplii clearly has a problem showing Interac money accepted and completed as a transfer. But. No trace of transaction seen on simplii. It is a nerve wracking experience. Money arrives and then disappears. This is completely unacceptable practice. As a bank they are asking for a lawsuit. How can you take money and not show it!? What is this now? No bank in the world would do that. Heart attack material for customer. No excuse for this b.s.

Are you saying after an e-Transfer arrives into a Simplii account, it disappears?
What about when sending an e-Transfer from your Simplii account?

Never had this issue with Simplii.

I've seen such "vanishing" transactions with Simplii's and other online banking sites. I've seen it happen with late night bill payments done after 11 pm and before 7 am.
Confirmation numbers are issued. But, no immediate sign of the transaction in the account the payments are taken from.
It's just a late night web site update issue. I screenshot the confirmation numbers shown for the transactions. The "vanishing" transactions will show up early in the morning.

Yes late Friday night apisodes. Can take a while for it to magically appear and disappear. From one hour to 24 hours. If you don't know you will get the unnecessarily stress on a weekend with no help. These guys are idiots.
