I think that your title "Canadian High Interest Savings Bank Accounts" may need to be revised.
Hard to call the rates these days "high" - and if the rumoured Bank of Canada .25% drop materializes in March - general rates will likely go lower. Not good for savers, but good for home buyers, govt borrowing and business borrowing.
