Assiniboine Credit Union and Entegra Credit Union are in merger discussions, with a view that the likely outcome is to proceed to regulatory approval and a member vote of both credit unions.

What's interesting is that each operate virtual Manitoba banking divisions. It's quite unlikely they'd keep operating both virtual divisions and the most likely outcome is that Implicity Financial customers will be migrated to the Outlook Financial banking system, as it's a more fully integrated banking system.
