We're not talking about wire transfers which all the big banks offer. People don't use wire transfers because the fees are not minimal, both to the sender and to the receiver.

Royal Bank charges $45+ to send a wire transfer. The charge is $17 to receive a wire transfer over $50 from another financial institution.

EQ Bank also does not accept funds by wire transfer.
