I just wanted to report as of 12/15/2025, the Oaken App (Apple App Store version) does not work. If you sign-in the app will immediately crash and log you out.

Tried setting up Oaken Voice Authentication via phone with an Oaken rep. After completing setup the Voice Authentication system cannot verify my voice.

If you experience the same problems with Oaken please reach out to them and request they fix these issues.

I have both iPhone & Samsung. Oaken app works on the Samsung. If I try on the iPhone it just keeps crashing. Hopefully, enough iPhone users out there will report this issue to Oaken. Oaken will submit an IT ticket to the appropriate team to have it addressed.

We've been saying this since the first voice-based authentication appeared a couple of years ago, as well as the use of recordings of "yes" and the like. Not to mention problems caused by illness or surgery. That's why the scammers running the "Grandfather Scam" always sat they have a cold if the mark doesn't identify the voice.
