Has anyone encountered this issue? When I tried to link my EQ bank account, my CAD savings account did not show up and only the USD account showed up..

Is there a manual way that is not mailing it in but I can manually type the transit and institution number when I link from the Oaken end?

You can send an email request to operations@oaken.com with the following documents:

1. A void cheque directly dowloaded from EQ.
2. A copy of the account statement.
3. A copy of signed letter of direction.

I wish they'd ditch it, and develop their own external
account linking system.
