It's December most people have other priorities. Ever tried to contact people in the banks at this time of year?

A while ago, Oaken was have Major Problems with emailed 'Login' notifications that took up to 2-3 days to arrive.. If remember correctly, it took them almost a Month to fix it❗
Please keep us posted on what you find out from Oaken, about your Withdrawal Alert, that was '20 Days Late' in arriving.

OfflineI am also getting alerts from Oaken about withdrawals, confirmations of investment being ready for download, and low balance alerts. All of these are correct, but arise from transactions that are over two weeks old. There must be some software glitch that has recently been fixed, leading to a flood of long delayed messages to clients.
