I received an alert today (Dec 29) that a large amount was withdrawn from my account on Dec 9, 20 days ago.

All true and all is fine except for the 20 days it took to get the alert.

Obviously some issues with the Oaken alert system.

It's December most people have other priorities. Ever tried to contact people in the banks at this time of year?

I get lots of email daily with nothing "unusual" except for all the Boxing Day adds and the late notifications - 12 in the last 12 hours ...

A while ago, Oaken was have Major Problems with emailed 'Login' notifications that took up to 2-3 days to arrive.. If remember correctly, it took them almost a Month to fix it

Please keep us posted on what you find out from Oaken, about your Withdrawal Alert, that was '20 Days Late' in arriving.

I am also getting alerts from Oaken about withdrawals, confirmations of investment being ready for download, and low balance alerts. All of these are correct, but arise from transactions that are over two weeks old. There must be some software glitch that has recently been fixed, leading to a flood of long delayed messages to clients.

I've been getting immediate notifications re logins and appropriate 2 weeks notice of Maturing GIC's. But these 12 withdrawal notifications are way way late.
