https://www.highinterestsaving......ca/chart/ has double asterisks in the entry for NeoFinancial". The legend says that the ** means "Neo Financial has a mobile app but no browser-based online banking portal".

Huh.... I'm typing this message on my laptop browser (Firefox, my favorite). On a different tab, I'm logged into my NeoFinancial account. I've linking Neo to other bank accounts I have.

I can confirm that Neo Financial added Savings account management to their Web portal.
Must have been recent upgrade.

Some of functionality that present in smartphone app still appear to be lacking there, such as paying bills and Interac transfer, but overall it is fully functioning Web portal, similar in functionality to Canadian Tire Bank.

Thanks -- I'd added a better message to its profile page, which I'll transfer to the chart:

You can transfer money to and from external accounts in the browser-based online banking portal. To send Interac e-Transfers and make bill payments, you must use its mobile app.

I was looking for some sort of announcement on their site or Twitter feed but didn't see any. One would guess they're working on filling in the missing functionality.
