After reading about the 3% savings account with Neo (if you have a mini of $20K), I decided to open an account.
I already have a Neo Mastercard (which I never use) which was associated with The Bay.
I logged in, clicked "add savings account", added my SIN and answered the questions, and then was rejected!! WTH.
What am I doing wrong?
There appears to be NO CSR with Neo--only a Chat box--and the CHAT box isn't helping me.
I'm not sure that this a company that I want to deal with.

According to their Contact Us page, live chat (presumably with a live person) is available at certain hours each day:
