I've got the following email from Neo Financial:

Hi Alexandre,

We've made enhancements to bring you new features in the next few weeks and make sending and receiving payments easier.

As a result of these enhancements, the account information for your Neo Everyday account has changed.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Your transit number and institution number have changed.
  • The first digit of your account number may have changed.
  • The account information in the Neo app or website shows the new account, transit, and institution numbers.
  • Any deposits or payments sent to your old account information will continue to be routed to your account until December 31. After that, transactions may be declined.
  • Please update any active direct deposits and pre-authorized debits (PADs) with your new account information before December 31, 2025.
