I've got the following email from Neo Financial:

Hi Alexandre,

We've made enhancements to bring you new features in the next few weeks and make sending and receiving payments easier.

As a result of these enhancements, the account information for your Neo Everyday account has changed.

Here’s what you need to know:

Your transit number and institution number have changed.

The first digit of your account number may have changed.

The account information in the Neo app or website shows the new account, transit, and institution numbers.

Any deposits or payments sent to your old account information will continue to be routed to your account until December 31. After that, transactions may be declined.

Please update any active direct deposits and pre-authorized debits (PADs) with your new account information before December 31, 2025.
