Our accounts were transferred from Canadian Western Bank/Motive. We have received T5's in the same identical amounts from Cdn Western Bank AND National (we have not earned any interest in 2025 from National) National Bank has filed a T5 on my CRA account for the T5. I'm patiently waiting for a reply from them. Anyone else having this issue??

Did you receive two paper T5 slips, one from Canadian Western Bank and a second from National Bank?
If you received a paper T5 slip from Canadian Western Bank and saw a T5 slip with the same interest amount, but from National Bank, in your CRA My Account, then that is okay. What issuers upload to CRA often doesn't match exactly with the paper slips they print and mail out.
