Got yet another email from Motus in regard to mortgage rate changes, archived it promptly, but decided to scroll through my emails archive to check previous emails on that same topic.
This is the story of 2021.
Rate for 5 Year Fixed Closed Mortgage:
March 23: 1.79%
April 12: 1.89%
May 5: 1.99%
May 20: 2.09%
Rate for High-interest savings account:
March 23: 1.00%
April 12: 1.00%
May 5: 1.00%
May 20: 1.00%

I'm not effected by mortgage rates any more (paid off our mortgage many years ago), but I find this Very Interesting ❗
Mortgage rates at Motus are slowly creeping up, but no change in there HISA rate. Is this happening elsewhere, as well ❓
