The only way is uppppppp.
On the Motive website it is now showing 1.75% for the Savvy Savings, as well as TFSA. It's not reflected yet on my account but I suspect it's only a matter of time.

Just a tad better than the 1.70% at Hubert but the insurance at Hubert is appealing.
I always liked my Savvy Savings account at Motive because it had a high deposit limit. Unfortunately the rate has been non competitive for a while and I am hesitant to put money back in if they don't stay competative.
Also moving money at Hubert is less restrictive. Motive used to allow me to push any amount but now I have to pull it to move it around. At Hubert I can push and pull larger amounts.
So the insurance and push allowances are going to keep me at Hubert. Hopefully they increase rates to match.
Also Hubert pays 2.5% if you lock in for 3 months which really can't be beat by many institutions.

May 19th - an old 1.45% interest rate is still shown under Savvy Savings account in Web site and in app.
I wonder if they are waiting till the weekend to fix it.
