Motive external link problem | Motive Financial | Discussion forum

I started with Motive back when they were called Canadian Direct Financial, using a cheque from President's Choice to make the initial deposit. Recently, I noticed that since the time both of these FIs had changed names (CDF to Motive, and PCF to Simplii) the external link to Simplii had disappeared from the list of possible transfer accounts. A phone call to Motive fixed this issue, as they admitted something had gone missing following their updates to a new system.

So if you have this problem, a call should fix it.
