OfflineHmmm...I wonder if it has anything to do with a recent problem with the app, and/or website in general, that I forwarded to them a few days ago. I was recently out of the country (in Europe) and tried to do a transfer between one of my Motive accounts and one of my external linked accounts using an Android device (a smart phone). However, the external linked accounts were nowhere to be found on either the app or the full web site. Maybe they're trying to fix this, or maybe it's just coincidence.

OfflineThats good to hear, Alexandre. Motive Financial got back to me quite quickly on my enquiry regarding access to external linked accounts on mobile (Android OS) devices. Apparently this is a built-in limitation; if you want access to those accounts to perform any transactions whether in Canada or abroad you have to use a PC OS device - laptop or desktop.
