It seems there is no feature to deposit a cheque by taking a photo of it with Motive mobile banking android version. Since it's not easy to link an external account, I am thinking about depositing a cheque with Motive mobile banking. Unfortunately, I can't do it.

You can deposit your cheque into an Exchange Network ATM and they will only hold amounts above 10,000. Or you can deposit into another one of your banks that has mobile app cheque deposit and then etransfer.
